RECREATION CENTER RENTAL INFORMATION

** Please note: The Recreation Centre is not available to rent between June 1 – September 1 due to City of Saskatoon Recreation Programming**

All booking inquiries must be made by e-mail to bcabuilding2014@gmail.com. Please include the following information with your request:

• Person/ Group Name
• Date and time required
• Contact Information

A rental charge of $35.00/hr for a minimum of 2 hours applies, daily rental is $175.00. A minimum of one week advance notice is required for bookings.

Bookings can not be made earlier than 3 months prior to event.

To confirm a booking, full rental fees will be required along with a refundable $200.00 security deposit. Payment is required to confirm a booking.  Full rental fees and deposit must be received a minimum of 3 days prior to the event.

All bookings will be considered tentative until rental fees and security deposit are received.

A full refund will be issued if a cancellation notice is provided 7 days before the rental. Cancellation with less than 7 days notice will be charged the full rental fee.
